Fireworks Policy

Some events may feature a fireworks display; however, this is determined by the city and is not guaranteed. Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for any cancellations or changes. If a fireworks display is confirmed, the captain will make every effort to navigate the designated route.

In the event of unforeseen cancellations, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or determine refunds at its sole discretion. If mechanical or safety issues arise, and the captain deems it safe, the event may proceed dockside. Under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

Entry will be denied to intoxicated individuals, even with a valid ticket. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Guests voluntarily leaving the venue or denied entry for any reason will not be eligible for refunds.
